3. Intellectual property
All design materials created by 88 Creative, including but not limited to logos, branding assets, and website designs, are the intellectual property of 88 Creative unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your design requirements and to cooperate with 88 Creative throughout the design process.
5. Confidentiality
88 Creative will treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the client's consent.
6. Limitation of liability
88 Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
7. Termination
88 Creative reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by 88 Creative.
8. Amendments
88 Creative reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
